Tracing your steps Isn’t it the most frustrating thing that just as you find a site you want, your electricity cuts out and down you go. And then when you get back up you can’t find the URL because you forgot to write it down. No problem. Internet explorer automatically saves where you have been on the web. To check it out, click the History button to open the History pane, and you can search for sites you have visited, at all times in the past.
